We had a special visitor this week at APS - Clr Jess D'Arienzo from Inner West Council! She stopped by to congratulate us on the successful installation of a 37kW solar panel system on the school roof. Following the assembly the year 6 students did a solar workshop.
Thanks to the amazing efforts of the P&C and the support of the Community Building Partnership grant, we've made a significant stride towards green energy.
This project wouldn't have been possible without the huge efforts of our dedicated P&C Executive and Grants Committee and the Solar my School initiative by Inner West Council.
What a proud moment practicing environmental responsibility!
